US

I've worked in the Valuation industry for over 25 years, gaining experience in a large number of sectors. 

​

I now specialise in:

  • Freehold Going Concern valuations for aged care and child care

  • Market valuations for industrial and small scale retail

  • Residential land and housing developments.

I'm also on all the main Bank panels.

​

I'm based in Auckland, but give specialised advice to clients all over NZ.

​

Previously, I worked at Colliers International for 11 years, as Director in their Valuation and Advisory Services team, for DTZ in London and R.A. Purdy and Co. in Auckland.
